Need help with editing.....

Im making an edit and i have a video that i wana use but it's a follow cam. It's a bit shaky for alot of the video, I was wondering if there is any way i can stabalize the video to make it look less shaky..and for a reference I use Windows Live Movie Maker for video editing....+K for anyone who can help, thanks!

you can stabilize with adobe after effects. but if you only have windows MM you cant do much : (

Motion tracking AE is pretty easy once you've got the hang of it, but as always, learn from youtube videos and google, i can provide a torrent for a full CS5 suite / crack if you need it.
