so chances are, actually definitely you can't get a 30 foot pvc...so you will need 3 10 foots. If possible you should try and get 16 foot long 2x4s to allow for the most support. legs every 2 feet or so..should be good
you should make it high, iv made a few urban style rails and i always wish that they where higher, and you can always make a bigger jump. If it helps typical urban rails are 32-37 inches tall
