Need help losing inches

So I have to lose 1-2 inches off my abdomen in 5 days. whats the quickest way? it doesnt need to be permanent just for a day or to. im not really overweight shall I add
 
1. Coat the inside of a corset with glue

2. Put on the corset, adjust to desired shape

3. Let the glue dry

4. Carefully remove corset, leaving a clear glue corset on your body

5. Success

I knew a guy whos cousin said this totally worked for a girl he knew who told her bf to do this.

 
dont eat anything but raw fruits and veggies and meet without stuff added till that day and drink a lot of tea with out sugar added.

So no bread, no dairy, no sugar beverages.

You will lose weight fast without any lactose or sugar. And do a ton of crunches.

Try to drink a glass of water every awake hour, this will keep you full.

I'm a very lightweight person... and even I lost like 6lbs in a few days when I switched my diet.
 
its really not about weight. I have veryyy built legs and back but I have a beer gut. im taking a body fat test and im above range wich is fucking stupid because Im nowhere near the number it says Im in pretty good shape and to lower my number I need a smaller waist size

assuming you can, instead of eating just get kind of drunk all day. you wont feel the hunger as much. and if you do it for 1 to 2 days you will lose alot of weight
 
Wow. Its scary to that people like you are spreading this as good information. if you drink that much water, it is very likely that will lead to hyponatrema which is essential a lack of sodium (which can be deadly by the way).

But yea, excessive exercise and a true lack of essential fatty acids is good times.
 
Being hung is now a problem. Try moving somewhere colder, hot moist climates can often stimulate the male reproductive area.
 
Maybe I should have clarified what a glass is. .2 liters here is the size of a standard drinking glass.

So that would be 3 liters of water a day with no other beverages and a work out. In no way is that excessive unless you sit around all day.

When I'm less active I go down to about a liter and a half. to 2 liters.
