NEED HELP IIN NEXT 5 MINUTES

hey i'm going to mount my skis and my px12's came with bright green 'pads' that I'm assuming go under each toe/heel piece. are these the lifters or shock absorbers or what? and do I have to have them to mount the bindings or what's the deal? thanks all

Eh, its kind of a shock absorber/riser/top sheet protector all in one. Prevents the topsheet from getting all scratched up from the binding.
