need help, going crazy!

Maybe my legs are weak, maybe it is these new 15lb skis, or maybe I am just CLUELESS!

I cannot seem to figure out how to get my skis off the ground high enough to 180 on the flat. I can 180 off a jump, knowl, or hump... but on the flat I feel like I am glued to the ground.

Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong, or if I am just weak what muscles are used most for this and what is the best way to work them?

Make sure your boots are tight so all your shit responds as soon as you jump. If it's not your equipment, just do the following.

1.) Go the record store.

2.) Buy Zeppelin 1-4, Black Flag's 'My War,' Arch Enemy's 'Anthems of Rebellion,' and anything by Slayer.

3.) Return home and lock yourself in your room with 13 pounds of raw elk meat.

4.) Remain in room for exactly 1 month.

When you come out you'll be an animal ready for destruction. Your legs will be like tree trunks and those skis of yours will feel like toothpicks.

Or you could just stop being a bitch and jump harder.

I find it easiest to raise my right foot a little (i spin to my left) and jump left footed, kind of kicking my right knee up, seems to work for me

As far as the 180s on the flats, I load my tails up and start to butter, but as you start to butter just ollie off your tails and swing them around. works for me

I ussually can't get them all the way around so i just spin as much as i can then land on my tips and slide the rest of the way. wHATS WRONG WITH THAT?

 
press your shins agianst the front of yer boot, pull back, then spring off the tails, jump hard! and raise your knees.

sorta like an ollie on a skateboard

I can do flat ground 360s with ease on my mad trix/tyrolia bindings set up.

Thats at least 20-25 pounds.

You just need to jump a little more.
