im looking to purchase a saga jacket, probly a 2011-2012 anomie maybe 12-13 but im 5'7 and around 145 pounds, would u guys suggest large or xl? looking for it to be around mid-low thigh
 
First off, fuck off. Be smart, research, get a tape measurer.

Now that that's out of the way, I'm ~6'2 and XL is big on me, get a large...or a meduim.

Unless of course you are one of those hoodrat hoodrich compton bust a cap in yo ass skiers, then special request XXXL from Saga.
 
I may be mistaken, but I think me meant people that have personally ordered and own Saga outerwear, like thousands of the kids on this site.

Not the people that own the company.

That being said, it's 100% personal preference. i'm 5'6" and 150 and go with Large, and it's the perfect baggy fit. XL is enormous.
 
definitely not xl. you will look like a goon and the jacket will actually hinder your skiing when its that big on you.
 
I don't think you have any concept of just how huge Saga XL is. My friend is 6'1" ish and he looks like a fucking clown with his. My 5'5" friend could probably sleep comfortably in it using it as a tent.
 
im 6'2 wear an xl, i like it while im skiing park but anywhere else i feel like its too big, L would fit nicer, so i would say medium unless you want something really big...
 
there's this thing called "zipper length", and when you take out this other thing called a tape measure and hold it up to yourself, its very helpful.

if you're entering a B-Dog look alike contest then sure but elseways you're going to tear the bottom by stepping on it.
 
could also depend on how much the person weighs. if youre over 6' tall but built like a pole the jacket is going to hang off of you. but if youve got some mass to your shoulders and body then it will fit completely different.
 
I'm 5'9 and 140 (slim).

L is about mid thigh on me which I reckon is perfect.
