Need help for movie

Hi, my friends and I just finished our video with last year's footage and it is all edited with Adobe Premiere...We really worked hard on it and it works well when we look at it with Adobe but when we are exporting it in .avi, it's not fluid at all and it is lagging a lot.

So for those who make videos, do you all have really powerful computers? We use a PIII 733 and the final video in .avi is really bad, there must be a way to solve the problem... Any help would be really appreciate?

Are you trying to export it to a master copy on VHS, DVD or what? On a mac you would want to export it using DV-NTSC at 29.97 fps if you were exporting it back to your mini dv cam. Hope this helps.

hey i get the same problem with premiere. i wish some could help out. its kinda shakey. i dont have a manuel- how do i send it back to my DV camera?

All I want to do is exporting my project (the video made with Adobe) to a nice and clear video file (.avi or .mpeg or whatever) to see it with my computer...I did it with .avi but the problem is that when I open it with Windows Media Player it's not fluid at all and I really want to solve that..!?!?

it's probably just either low quality or a bad frame rate. export it again, but make it better quality. the file will be larger, but it will look better.
