Need Help Finding Song

Alright, so I have a random question, so no better place to turn to than ns...

I'm searching for a song (don't know title or artist) that i remember from my stay in denmark in '96. Its a electronic/techno song, and the music video is of a kid riding in a car and looking out the window on a rainy day..like i said, very random. It would have been popular around 1996. any help is appreciated
 
yea i know, right?

i have a mild case of west niles virus so im bed ridden right now haha, and for some reason i remember this music video and can't get it out of my head...
 
west nile? wtf? thought that was done with. good luck finding that song. just google denmark/techno/kid riding in car and see what happens
