Need Help choosing Line SFB

Hey Guys!I have been looking at the Line Sir Francis Bacon's (SFB) and i'm pretty sure im going to buy them. (2014 version). I was just wondering if its a good ski and what size/bindings I should get. I'm 165cm 5"4, and i weigh 57kg. but I should start to grow pretty soon. I am advanced/expert and need a ski which is good for those occasional pow dumps, little bit of park, and just skiing on-piste (mostly for off piste though). For bindings i was looking at marker squire or Giffon. Probably need to buy 115mm brakes. Please leave reccomendations for bindings. I have hired some atomic powder skis once and i got 177cm so i was thinking of getting the 178cm SFB's. Thank you
 
The sfb is a heavy ski so possibly not the best choice for someone your size. Do you want a twin or could somthing like the sick day 110 work? The sick day is a much better ski but it does not have much in the way of a tail.

Have you considered skis like the arv ti, atomic blog, white dot preacher? They could all work really well for what your after an all ski much better then the sfb IMO.

 
Thanks for replying, I am looking for a twin and something not too expensive. I can get a good deal on the SFB's. And I should start growing this year. thats why i wanna buy them big. It wont be for this season but more for the 14/15 season. I'm 15 so should start growing. :)
 
It's not the size so much as the heavy build of the ski. If you ski them next to similar skis you will really notice the weight. They also have a limited amount of pop. They are a fairly stable ski which can be fun but there are much better options out there like the skis I mentioned.

But why not try demo some so you can make your own mind up.
 
I personally love my bacons I find them pretty light (low swing weight with the thin tip) and really fun and playful they love to butter. The only thing with them is they are more of a finesse ski compared to a ski that you really drive through moguls and crud like a Cochise would but with bacons they have enough pop in them to pop over moguls/crud and really rip around.
