Need help burning DVD

my brother and i decided to burn a DVD for my dad for xmas, and i worked on it in Powerdirector and split it in chapters and made the DVD menu and the whole bit. now, i went to burn it, and it wont let me and i have no idea why or how to fix it.

your problem is that youre using a pc

(sorry i had too, everyone always says that about macs)

i would try to reinstall the program or at least restart the computer
