NEED gopro Hero 2 HD help!!!!

ok so i jsut got my hero 2 hd and i need help with two things,and if you got any more advise on how to use it better to get better quality please tell!

ok so i noticed every picture resolution i put it on no matter ,5mp wide or regular or 11mp wide or regular the picture is not like a action picture..its blurry. i want it to take a picure and be like still and not my blurry self jumping lol, two i recored in 1080HD and uplaoded in that format to but it came out on youtube as 720 highest and it looks kinda shitty take a look -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c550gJF_Ero&list=UUrtFkFf1FqsOhovLYoqtLDA&index=1&feature=plcp

Have you tried google? I am sure you you are the only one who can't figure out how their new christmas present works, and this issue is not discussed elsewhere on the internet. I also suppose reading the instruction manual that came with the thing would be way less manly than asking the internets how to help your helpless self.
 
dude fuck off dumb ass prick, i read the whole manual and it said nothing aboutstill camera pictures or shutter speed and i did't get it for xmas i bought it and i have googled it and couldnt figure out why, so what was the point in you commenting on this?
 
Is it dark. The camera is gonna use a slower shutter in the dark, resulting in blur. What's dark for the camera may not be "dark" for you.
 
Go to go pro.com and click support you should find it its right there. also if you can't figure it out call go pro. ( numbers on there Facebook page). I called with a question yesterday and they guided me through it great customer service!
