Need for playstation, x box... freestyle ski game

The problem is that no pros have the popularity to warrant a game being made with their name.
It wouldn't attract enough non skiers to it.
Its actually pretty ironic the whole concept, i saw a thread on here recently about how people don't want skiing in the olympics because it would somehow harm the sport, even though that would bring more money and more exposure for the pros. Which would then make a skiing game far more viable,
as pros would become more widely known. At the moment though the sport isn't mainstream enough to warrant it.

it is kind of strange, but a lot of newschool skiers have the idea that it's kind of their own little thing, and they don't want it to be ruined by going completely mainstream. In some ways thats true, because i bet the last thing most of us want is crowded parks with people who have no reason to be there at all, but it does also harm the sport because we just don't get the exposure that we'd need for a game.
And the games are what you make of them, i owned both mad trix and ssx and though they were outrageous, i had tons of fun playing them. If you wanted to, you could do the crazy unrealistic shit, or you could leave it out. People saying that they sucked and you shouldn't even bother with them, but then saying they want more games are putting the idea in reverse. I know if i was a developer who did SSX, and read everyone saying it sucked etc, then asking for a new skiing game, i'd tell them to fuck off because we tried and people rejected what they had asked for.

oh god.
jibberish (game - the name was also my idea i'd like to add, mikee liked it) is completely independent from jiberish (clothing). that game came out way before Jiberish (clothing) was big. but now they've changed the name to Jibbin'.
and it's funny, everyone who's been here longer than like 2 years remembers the bazillion threads on this topic.

they made this game for ps3 that is mostly racing but u can do whack ariel tricks. by the reviews im gona say it blows. and there are tons of shitty skiers who go like 3 times a year who would prob buy the game. i always get kids who tell me that the can grab their skis in an x. ya their shit skiers but hey they would prob buy the game.. ssx blur for wiii will have skiing but i dont have wii so ....

a game like SKATE, but SNOW would be the greatest... kinda more realistic
if they made it skiing and boarding like on tour, the target market might be big enough.
