Lets start with the intro.
I wasn't a fan of the wide angle shots. even though they were full shots they warped your subject in a really distracting way.
Fades, it's the film making equivalent of saying "later, although, however, after, etc." if it doesn't serve a purpose don't have them. In that case they were unnecessary, especially fading through different values.
Over all the edit was very generic, comprised mostly of wide shots (far away not necessarily wide angle). I did however like your use of that UWA about half way through.
Your tripod movements were smooth which was nice. If you plan on continuing filming dirt biking I really suggest you invest in some sort of slider. That will add an entirely new depth to your environments. With all those leaves, trees, rocks and roots it could prove to display some incredible results.
3/4 of the way through you fimburned over a slug. Why?
As far as colors go your shots were very flat. They had little contrast and were therefore bland and uninteresting. Play around with the color correction tools in whatever software you're using. Watch some tutorials on color correction to get an idea of what it's all about. Color correction/grading is another way to transform the look and feel of your footage.
Over all good job, I'm excited to see more.
