Need Fast Help, Anyone Familiar with full tilt boots?

How do I replace the toe cable on my full tilts, I need to know how to take out the black peice that has the arrow on it

and I figured it out, i just cant get the two peices on the anchr together again

im not sure how that piece works though but i remember the gu in the shop mumbling about something being counter clockwise? it might have been something else but i think he was talking about that anchor point for the cable.
 
If you have an FT that has a black plastic connector, once you pry it apart you have to whack it back together again. Take the liner out, get a hammer (preferably with a plastic head) and give it a pretty good hit. Make sure you have something hard on the inside of the shell to whack it into (anything that is as wide as the shell is so the black piece doesn't fall out again). If you break it, they've updated the connector so it's way easier to put back together.
 
Thanks, I figured this out like a year ago but I guess if someone searchbars again. I laughed out loud a bit in my bio lecture
