Need an inspirational video

Welp, my mom is the principle of an intermediate school, and to motivate her teachers at the start of each year she usually has an inspirational video to go along with a powerpoint. So, while I'm slightly afraid to ask ns for any form of serious help, she's having trouble finding one this year. Anything that gives off an inspirational vibe would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This. Any video containing the audio of the old black guy drowning the kid on a beach in his suit will be fine.
 
There's a video I saw that was of a dad that carried his mentally handicapped son through a triathalon I think, it was very inspirational
