Need advice on Jacket size, Saga On Deck

I'm getting a new jacket, and it's gonna be the saga On Deck. Im about 5' 11" what size should I get if I'm going for a pretty baggy look?

im 6'3" and got this years xl. sits about mid thigh which is the look im going for. for u it will be just above the knees. nobody should need a xxl.
