hi, I'm looking for a new park ski after i have outgrown/broke my after bangs. i went training on a british free ski camp last week and my coach told me i would benefit from a stiffer ski… that being said i tried someones salomon nfx's and they felt to unplayful for me. i want to ride a lot of park and enjoy hitting a lot of rails but also i will ski groomers (i don't need to worry about powder i have different skis for that). i was looking at the atomic punx or the armada ar7s but i have read they are very stiff… i have heard about the atomic infamous but I'm worried they might be too flexy. does anyone have any suggestions as to a ski that is somewhere in between please? (by the way i am aroun 5'10/11 and 18 i was looking for probably a 176cm)

thanks!

How much do you weigh? If you think the ar7 is going to be too stiff the thall sounds like an option for you.

Neither the ar7 or punx are stiff skis they are both mid stiffness which th punx being a littl softer. I really kik the ar7 I think they make great all mnt park skis as you can still carve them reasonable hard. I rode the ar6 for 3 years indoors and the durability was good so tey are a great choice. I really like the punx too. I prefer te feel edge to edge of te punx and also find the swim weigh a little lower. Te early rise adds. Little playfulness too.

but why not try to demo both. Brighams will have te ar7 and although I'm not sure they stock the punx im sure you could find them at one of the snow heads demos.

my problem with the thall is that i hate the 2014 rasta graphics and i think the 2015 ski will be to expensive for me… i would love to try all these skis out and choose for myself but i don't really have that option as i live down in brighton (england)… where is the ellis brigham shop? i might be doing a tour of the snow domes in october so maybe i will get a chance then

Well Im guessin you don't ski in Brighton so which some is your local? If you can get up to MK though you will have no probs demoing.

i don't have a local as i have never actually skied in england… these will be for use in samoens, france. having said that I'm going on a tour of milton keynes, hemel, chill factor, castle ford and tamworth in october so i will have my first england skiing experience then :)
