saw is just a ripoff of se7en, which was a very good movie, i recommend it. not really scary, more freaky/disturbing

 
Event Horizon is scary as fuck and is about 1000 tiems scarier than the ring and saw. Neither of those were scary at all.

maybe Evil Dead, depending on how old she is, she will either think it is scary or grose as fuck or funny or some combination. either way, I love the Evil Dead series!!!

Yeah FUCK! I have become COMPLETELY numb to ALL horor movies. It sux. We need a movie that is so scary you need to sign a release form to enter. The grudge, it was OK, but the Ring and Grudge sorta movies are getting old. Should be just more like the Crucifix X 10. Can't wait for a super scary movie that actually scares me.

so "saw" and "the ring" wernt scary at all, you say... that would make their scaryness level an even 0. you say event horizon is 1000 times scarier than both of these movies, which indeed is a retarded statement.

Saw is not even classified as horror, more thriller. I didnt find it scary one bit, even though it is quite a good movie

i can't believe it hasn't already been said: "silence of the lambs"?? hello?? scared the hell out of me, maybe it's more gross than scary, but either way it'll make you pretty damned uncomfortable, and it's just a great movie all around.
 
SAW isnt scary, I found it amusing.

Seriously, only scary movie that was actually...well...terrifying and I've basically seen everything.

That or The Descent, but that was an 06 sundance movie and I have never been more terrified in my life.
 
i watched event horizon with a few friend we actualy didnt sleep it was fucked up only movie thats actualy messed me up
 
i think a week later i rented this with my friend ash. it was just as late when i saw it, but honestly this time it didnt do shit.

i guess i got over it. requiem for a dream can be pretty scary actually, from what ive gathered from my friends. ive seen it so many times now though. still it really effects you emotionally.
 
that Rob Zombie movie, Devils Rejects, it was so messed up that my friends couldn't sit through the whole thing, though they lack what i have: apathy. but any ways, the shock factor is off the charts on this one, not necessarilly going to frighten with suspense, but it's brutal to say the least.
