Need a place for the winter

I need a place for myself and 3 mates for the winter, we want to keep rent to around $3000 a month. Don't mind where we are but creekside/nordic seems alright. Basically only criteria is atleast 2 bedrooms with 4 separate beds. I've had a bit of a look in pique but i'm finding it pretty hard. Has anyone got an contacts worth calling? We arrive on Dec 1.

Southwest facing wall of condo is all windows with unobstructed views of lake and mountains-- lots of sunshine keeps the unit very cozy in the winter.

Ski locker room with private lockers and wax table with tools

Ski-Out access with a good snowpack (usually not possible in early season), but by Jan/Feb can usually ski almost all the way back to the building

5 minute walk to gondola and all other creekside amenities-- bus stops, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, video store, etc...

 
what the fuck does that mean? I'm coming across for a holiday to work and ski, i'm not there to fuck anything up, just enjoy myself, why is there so much hate between you locals and aussies?
