Need a home in Whistler

Guys and Gals,

Me and one of my friends are plannin to drive to Whistler this summer from MA. Problem is we're poor pothead skiers, and dont have enough $$$ for a place to stay. And sleeping in a car for a week is definatly unchill. So if anybody is gonna be up there, and wants 2 roomates (will pay rent and cook) it'd be fuckin AWSOME! Anybody who's even REMOTELY interested......post here and we'll talk details and shit....

i think most people here have that same problem. we all wanna go but it's all about lack of funds!

think aboot it, telling your kids that you spent a week in whistler sleeping in your car would make you a hero!

from what i hear sleeping on the benches in the village isn't very fun... well, actually, i'm not sure. so Will - how is sleeping on the benches?

Fuck that dude. Housing is for pussies. Welcome to the life of a ski bum. Me and my buddies are doing Whistler this summer the proper way. In a van in the woods. It's way more fun. Sucks when it rains, but it's the summer eh?

I'll be heading into the woods this tuesday. And for more then just one week. My buddies will be there for a full 6 weeks. That's ski bumming.

 
next summer, im gunna stay in whistler for 2 months... ill only be 16, but i think im mature enough to do it. haha..if u find me dead in the gutter..tell my family!

Sleeping in the streets isn't bad at all, sleeping in vans or tents would be alot better than that too. You'll at least get to be in Whis so just go for that. unless your a hto girl, we got no room though. for once i actually have a house this year.

for all of you with real comments, thanks, i appreciate it. for all the kids who said sleep on a bench outside, go waste somebody else's time.

Your all talk and no balls, and YOU CAN'T SLEEP ON A BENCH IN WHISTLER VILLAGE. It's a tourist town guys, and cops don't appreciate a couple bums sleeping in their beautifully maintained village. But how would I expect you to know that, I mean, a 13 year year old who saw an ad for Whistler in his friends snowboard magazine can't be expected to know EVERYTHING. We're serious about this trip, to those of you that are actually gonna sleep in the woods for 6 weeks, props to you, your a better ski bum then me. BUt for you bullshiters, I don't care what you hafta say, don't waste my time

ouch. i think i may agree however, you guys, why dont you all go sleep on benches?! huh? HHUH!? ha. ya why dont you just camp, though? you must have a tent lying around somewhere. and there must be camp sites,dont you think? i'd say look into it.

Man, im poorer than anyone on this site, and i'm as happy as can be. there are so many ways to get by with no money in whistler.

SHoestring lodge is only $20 a night, thats 600 a month if u cant find anywhere to rent.

hey k2 skier dude - people have slept on the benches in the village - Will himself did it for at least one night last summer i believe.
