Need a good razor...

This thread is meant for the guys on here who can actually cultivate a beard, so that pretty much means only a few of you will be qualified to post in here. I just shaved, and once again, my stupid disposable razor has nicked the shit out of my chin and neck, and my stache area. This always happens, no matter how much cream I use, or how slippery the gel strip is, I always get cut up and end up having red bumps on my neck. Does anyone know of a great razor that doesn't usually do this kind of shit? I don't think I have a heavy hand, because I take my time. what gives?

i use these 3 blade razors from Bic, like the pen company, idk why i like them but i do. the gillette fusion is awesome, i just don't pay for new blades.

Gillette Fusion Power
end thread.
One of the best razors ive ever used. I also have the regular Fusion, and its great too, but the Fusion Power takes the cake. Never had any cuts or nicks from this razor.

Gillette Mach 3. I actually switched back to the "non-turbo" one. I realized the vibration actually made it worse, for me. Then, use shaving gel, not foam. And I don't mean the gel that still turns into foam once you lather it. I am talking about the stuff that stays as gel on your face. My favorite, although it is hard to find now, is Edge Active Care. Its the best. Second choice, since that is hard to find now, is Neutrogena Shave Cream.

One more thing, I hope you know this, but don't shave up. You don't need that close of a shave, and your skin will just die.

Try these out and I guarantee your face will feel much better.

I actually bought this when it came out, and ended up switching back to the Mach 3. I loved the little single blade on the back on the Fusion, but it gave me more irritation than the Mach 3.

I never used the little blade on the back, the front usually suffices. However its a bitch to unclog all the hair if youre trying to get rid of some gnarly hair though.

yeah the fusion seems to do the trick. it also kinda has to do with your skin too. try different shave creams i find this nivia for men aloe mosture shave gel reduces bumps on my neck when i shave. also nivia for men aftershave lotion helps a ton.
