Need a filmer/editor for 2010 Campus Rail Jam Tour!

Ahoy!

The 2010 Campus Rail Jam Tour is right around the corner and we are looking for a new filmer/editor to join the crew! The job will take you to 3 events in the Midwest during the month of October, then 9-10 events all across the western US between the months of February-early June.

Duties will include filming and editing footage from events/after parties/crew shred days/general life on the road. You will also be assisting the crew with the setup and tear down of every event and pre-event promotions work. Compensation is weekly and includes plenty of free gear perks (full outerwear, skis, eyewear, new collab pieces, free lift tickets at some of the nations sickest ski areas, etc - it's a lot. The NEW sponsor line-up is legit!)

Requirements:

-Be at least 21 years old

-Proficient with Final Cut, After Effects/Motion, etc

-You MUST have your own equipment

-Be stoked on filming skiing AND snowboarding

-Be able to live on a tour bus with 7 other guys for months at a time. It's not as glamorous as some of you may think!

-Be stoked on traveling, meeting new people, sleeping on floors, and generally roughing it from time to time.

-Be able to perform manual labor including the assembly of scaffolding, shoveling snow, etc.

This job description is very vague and is mainly intended to spark interest with qualified candidates. If interested, please email a resume, list of personal equipment, and examples of past videos to: Apply@campusrailjamtour.com

The 2010 Tour is going to be insane. With a killer lineup of new sponsors, a totally new setup, new locations, and some big surprises, we're going to blow minds!

We will contact you upon reviewing your information if we believe you may be a good match!

Thanks!

uuhh im d-lite...no biggie...i suck at filming/editing compared to eheath... STFU...

This sounds like such a fun thing to do

Campus Rail Jam bus is sick! fortunate enough to attend a bachelor party for Dan aboard the bus. wayy too much fun haha

should find a filmer for each stop so the each edit has a different feel to hit based on the filmer/editors style

An east cost tour would be absolutely insane! Hitting up the east is something we've wanted to do for a while, but isn't financially feasible for us at the moment. If it were up to us, we would travel to every state in the US and even make the trek up to Canada to spread the shred and give everyone a chance to ride in the event. Unfortunately, everything comes down to dollars and cents and when money begins to run dry, so does our gas tank. If our bus ran on stoke instead of diesel, we would be touring 300 days a year!

We agree that a visit to the east is long overdue, and trust us when we say that we are working to make it happen in the future! All of the schools you listed are on our radar, so stay tuned over the next year as we push for new tour stops!
