Metz is crazy...45fter off a steel ramp right into an 80fter over a dirt gap...and it only looked like there was 20 ft of setup between the two. Total rythum section style.

I think its about the most imressive thing I've ever seen.

The video is already up at xgames.com and I guess it will be on tv sunday.

 
i didnt see the back to back, i only say his first back in prelims, even that was sick

me and my friends saw he and pastrana do them in cleveland..too bad pastrana isnt in the xgames..he did one no handed

 
I watched the back to back backflips on TV today and my jaw almost dropped to the floor. When Bartram tried one i was like sick man thats almost straight up but then Metgzer got up there and was like this is why im know as the God Father

that was defiantly sick ......... Metz is unreal... He was trying lincoln loops like a year or two ago.... word is that going to try to nail a 360 flip..... crazy... Mat Hoffman No-Handed 900 was mind boggling....... did any one see the footage of Bob Burnquist's do a switch the full pipe gap thing, thats real crazy

bob also did the loop switch with no top on the loop. so it'd look like this () just pretend there is a line on the bottom

God...those flips were UNBELIEVABLE. Totally insane....they were so perfect.

What really blew my mind though was hoffman's no-handed 9...i totally didn't see that coming at all. I was ready for Metz to do the flips, i was not ready for hoffman. The Condor is king.

Skate doubles was intense aswell...the board transfers were sooooo sick. That would be so fun.

Yea i've been riding bmx since for 6 years, and i never expected that no handed 900 either, that is seriously unreal. 360 flip on a dirtbike... i'm VERY skeptical, a lincoln i could see.

 
Damnit! I missed Metzger's run because had to go home to sleep. I saw Skate doubles and the transfers were sick as hell. I thought that the Killer B's shoulda won though.

UNREAL. There are going to be some sick variations with inverts now. How come nobody has tried spinning in motox? I've never ridden a bike like that and I can imagine the difficulty of it, but with the whips they do I'm sure somebody will eventually flatspin the bike around.

pastrana did 7 in his run at gravity (half were after the buzzer. he got hurt in the step up though so he was announcing the xgames fmx

you boys are trying to tell me that Pastrana has done a no handed backflip AND that he did 7 flips in one run???? please enlighten me to the website/ magazine that I can see this in........

 
first of all hes been hurt all summer....second of all, why would TWMX put Caleb on the cover doin a back when they could put Pastrana??? Third, yer a fruitbooter.....

 
Cary Hart got the rid of the demon last night in big air. He skipped paractice then skipped his first two runs. On his last and only run he hit the backflip cold turkey. He dragged a foot for a slip second on landing but otherwise road away clean. You cant even see it in real time and it wasnt until the commentators noticed him lipming that they went back and saw it in slow-mo. He did it off the ramp just Metz...it was ill. But Metz stepped it up again and nailed a no-footed to no hander lander backflip for the gold. Hart took silver and Degan Bronze. FMX will never be the same. They need to invent a new neck so they add in bar spin variations.

Patstrana was doing no footed can backflips in Florida before x games and gravity games. I wonder why he didnt do one at gravity games
