Nazi Zombie level in call of duty 5-world at war

first of all, call of duty 5 is amazing, the final battle is so epic. and i love the Nazi Zombie level! how far have you guys gotten in it? my buddy and i got to level 16 last night. has anybody gotten past that?
 
Why are people so intense on calling WaW 5? It's not CoD5. It's a crappy version of 4 that feels like it should have been after CoD3.

Anyway, I haven't played it. I'm glad I didn't buy it even more now after hearing there are zombies.
 
My bros got to 18. I haven't played it yet tho. I'm a big COD4 player, max prestige, all guns and challenges etc. We'll see if COD5 stacks up though I don't have my hopes up.
 
i just started the campaign on veteran so im not done yet, but ive mostly been playing multiplayer which is so sick
 
shooting zombies in video games is great. that kinda makes me want to get the game. resident evil ftw
 
I cant wait for RE 5, March 15th is so far away :(as for CoD, I played it and just couldnt stand it. I was never a fan of CoD4, and WaW did nothing to change my mind.
 
nazi zombies? i guess call of duty did a great job of copying the last 2 levels in uncharted drakes fortune
 
exactly, you havent played it yet. its good dude, trust me. its just like cod4 but world war 2 but its great. and i think the multiplayer levels are better. and the zombie level is fucking sick! i dont know how many rounds we've gotten thru but how many kills have you had? my buddy's played twice and got like 75 and 95
 
It pains me inside to see another ww2 game, it really does. I'm so tired of that entire genre. I can wait till 5. I have mirrors edge and left 4 dead to tide me over.
 
I played some multiplayer last night, it's pretty sick. It's different from 4 for sure, takes some getting used to. And not knowing the maps sucks.
 
i just tried it for the first time today at my friends house and it was sick! i only got to play the Nazi zombie part though and i only got to level 6 cause it was my first time. we both died right before my friend opened the chest. anyone know whats insidde?

Got to level 26 with my friend. Still think GoW2 is better game though i want cod 5 to come out. The world leader is only to level like 36 i think which is crazy.
 
Ive read several replies to "Zombies" and how one individual said "Glad I didnt get this game". All I have too say is FOOL!! The campaign on this game, in my opionion is as good if not better than COD4, the multiplayer is different; come on they are made by two differant makers... although it does have a familar feel.

The Zombies: is probably the most unique feature about this game. Once you finish the game, you unlock "Zombie". Pretty much for you fools who judge book by its covers you are in a room with up too three other players. First room has 5 windows and are boarded up. Whats happens is that zombies, in waves rush the windows tear the boards off and make there way in to feed on you and your companions. You recieve $ for each you kill of which you can purchase ammo or guns, and to open new areas of the facility. Around round 5 -6 your petty bolt action sniper wont do the trick and you muct retreat to a new area. Eventually you will face wave after wave of zombies who become faster stronger and takes more to take them down. this game type is for any gamer skill level, and Ill be damned if you find a more unique feature in a game than this. As far as levels Ive heard rumour of 28 being the end. The makers never made it past 13. That dosent say alot, myself and 3 companions last night made it to levels 24, of which one minor mistake cost us possibly making it one more round. We were extremely fortunate as too "all" getting the photon gun out of the "secert chest" of which you pay 950 points to recive anything from a useless M1A1 too the powerfull slowly reloading Browning too the ever so needed Photon Gun which is the "ONLY" way to make it anywhere past levels 17-18. These are facts that I have observed with the 360 platform and may be different elsewhere. my gamer tag is wendigoo007 if you have further questions.
 
this is where you're wrong. it is cod5. its not named 5, but search cod5. waw comes up. search cod6. what comes up? the game thats coming out in another year. there will never be a game actually named "call of duty 5" because waw is considered 5. cod6 was project for spring 09 but has been pushed back and wont come out till atleast a year from the waw release.

and theres a reason why people are saying its good. saying its a crappy version of 4 even tho u havent played it, is stupid on your part. the graphics are very simliar, however gameplay, the levels, and the sound have all gotten much better. WWII has actually turned out sooooo much better, and WWII games in the past have done better than "modern warfare" games. cod4 wasnt even modern.

Alright I'm not about to get in an argument over this trivial shit but since you brought it back up...

But if they do the numbering you're talking about that will be completely different then the past 5 or whatever years they've been making the game.

And I've played it. Beta sucked and campaign sucked and multiplayer sucked. imo. There are so many better games out there and people just don't look around.
 
beta is totally different. people bitch on xbox live that its nothing like beta, and they liked that better. others like the real version over beta. online doesnt suck. if you liked cod4 then theres no way you can really say that online sucks unless you just simply dont like WWII, but most people have said that this is much better. you said you dont like WWII so maybe that explains it.

but to prove my point about WAW being #5 and next years release being COD6

do you need anymore? the CEO of activision refers to WAW as COD5 and says that next years will be COD6 made by infinity ward.
 
Still working on beating the game, but have to agree both campaign and online are better in COD4

and on the COD5 coming out im stoked.

My friend got to level 23 or something like that.
 
ive only played it a couple times, its definately harder to play than cod4. i dont like how the maps are so big and complicated and theres no intense battle music, it doesnt feel as intense and real. its ok in online play though...but i still like cod4 waaaay more.

if you want to know if thats any good you can just check the leaderboards, theres a couple of people who have some ridiculous high score like level 98 or something in that zombie shit.

yeah CoD 5 isnt amazing but its a solid game, also why is the internet full of fools pretending like they know everything and trying to be all elitist when in reality they know jack shit in the future if your gonna hate stfu and keep it to yourself because its unecessary and you just look like a complete idiot to someone who actually knows what they are talking about,

my bro and I got to level 30 something. he's a gaming sicko tho. my only gripe about the game is you can't play on live with more then one account at a time. shits weak.
 
me and my friend got to 13. our stragey is to go into the help room and the person with the better gun covers the door and the other person covers the other 3 doors. once we get 2 really good guns each we go to the upstairs in the help room and keep going straight til you get to a corner. you just chill in the corner and kill everyone. somone kills/weakens the guys far away and somone has a shotgun or raygun and kills the guys that are close. it works pretty well for us.
 
hahaha I made it to level 11 a coupe nights ago on my own and I think level 16 with two of us. It gets intense. I hate the crawlers they get me everytime.
 
Yes I can this game is complete shit next to CoD 4. I don't know how they took such a great game and made it this crappy. I played a few campaign missions and online up to like level 20 (I would've stopped earlier but I thought unlocking hardcore would make it a little better, it didn't. Terrible level design (in cod4 you could tell they thought about how to put together the levels, this one, not so much.) Terrrible animations. sniping got jerky so it sucks now. I don't know how anyone can honestly say that this is just like cod 4 just WWII that's bullshit trying to convince yourself that you didn't just waste 50$ on this game when the last one is so much better.
 
Haha i was playing nazi zombies at my friends house the other day, i suck so i think we only made it to level 11 or something lol but yeah pretty fun game for sure
 
Level 24.

for those people wondering how people get to level 98 and shit, its a glitch, you like jump on a kid in the corner and the zombies can never kill you, they will just be standing in front of you and you mow them down. its stupid and i think they already fixed it.

but as for my strategy, once you get to level 7 have all four people drop back into the magic box room. two people on the door you opened and they must have light machine guns, call out when you need to reload so the other can take the door while you reload. the other two float from both windows to the hole in the wall. keep trying to get ray guns and hope for the best. NEVER OPEN THE UPSTAIRS. its just dumb. that one room with the strategy i just said works fine
