Making a holiday to liven up the tension between snowboarders and skiers.

-- Dont get me wrong, i love snowboarders. i ski with them all the time. but theres something about the age old feud between us and them single plankers that makes chairlifts, park lines, and smoke shack encounters so funny.

Anyways, its up in the air, the more people who find the humor in this, the better. i say we devote 1 day a year... preferably in the winter so we could do it on a mountain and/or online... and we just mess with them. No violence or dumb shit. i am talking about just poking fun. talk about how skiing has better tricks, skiers get hotter chicks, make more money being a pro.. useless shit. I just think it would be great to mess with the primates..

i would like to have a day in february.. right in the prime of winter. say February 20th. easy to remember 2/20

another thing i would like to do is a little take over to all their social media.. i am not sure what the equivalent of Newschoolers is for snowboarding (maybe transworld?) but just everyone makes accounts one day and all we do is post things about skiing, skiers, newschoolers, and just general things to liven things up.

if snowboarders are ever in the way, i give them a good spray, slow down and give them a quick glance to acknowledge that i just sprayed them, then immediately speed off to the terrain park.
 
Whitelines magazine basically refuses to even acknowledge the existence of skiers even though a fair few skiers read their articles, so I'm game.

Yo beat is the NS of snowboarding. If everyone was 11 and not 12. I say we all go make accounts and just add an NS (so we know whose on our team) to the end of our usernames and RAISE HELL.
 
There's no way they can retaliate either because I've seen snowboarders try and use ns and they cant even navigate around the site

I'm all about trolling a snowboard site, but I just checked out yo beat. It's already a sad world over there so I think we could hate on snowboarders in a better way.

2. Completely change the website to a positive very informative forum.

3. Go back to being NS trolls over at yobeat

4. Fuck bitches over at yobeat

nobody on yobeat will give half of a fuck. if anything, the response will be closer to, "look at these fucking skier fags trying to piss us off. what losers. get a life." which is the appropriate response anyway.

they posted an Instagram of themselves wearing fuck yobeat tees. I don't think they're going to be all that affected by it.

I never really got the hate for sb. newschool sking actually grew out of snowboarding. The whole style with ease craze in newschool skiing was present in the sb culture ling before the first twins came out
