NASA bombing the moon!

The moon gets hit with stuff all the time, think craters. All a missile will do is make another, and why wouldn't you want to blow something up in space. Everything is cooler in space. Even a gaper may, but not for sure, be cooler in space.

but the principal of it is still there bro. a 7 year old girl being gang raped by a bunch of essays would not affect me in any way accept for in the head. it's the same concept and neither is right; it just shouldn't happen.

what the fuck are you talking about? I assume she is not being raped by term papers and you are referring to a Mexican gang slang term ese.

Are you saying that rape is the same as NASA sending a space probe to the moon that is going to crash into the surface to kick up a dust cloud?

NASA IS NOT BOMBING THE MOON! THEY ARE SENDING A PROBE TO INVESTIGATE LUNAR WATER CONTENT. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE US MILITARY OR ATOMIC WEAPONS. THE MOON CAN NOT BE DESTROYED BY ATOMIC WEAPONS FIRED AT IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Sorry about my rare use of caps lock but seriously you guys are hurting my brain with this thread.

No I'm pretty sure she's gonna get raped by term papers. This stuff is super cereal. The term papers make people feel like it's their fault. Next time think before you post.

I was thinking dip shit, I was bringing light to the fact that he misspelled "ese" by spelling it "essay" which is the English word for a written paper.

This similarity was satirized on an episode of South Park if you do recall.

So I did think before I posted, more so than you.

they did it to a commet already. its not going to blow the entire moon up. it just makes a crater no bigger than what space debris could form.

If you were being sarcastic I will take this back.

nah girl i'm pretty sure they wanna destroy the source of the source of the source, not just the source of the source.

The largest nuclear warhead ever built (the Tsar Bomba) had an energy yield of about 100 megatons. I won't lay out the conversions step by step (I'm trusting the math in a couple of my astronomy books), but since the gravitational binding energy of the moon is 123,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules, you would need approximately 4,000,000,000,000 Tsar Bombas to blow up the moon. That's about 650 nuclear bombs per person on Earth.
