NAS...worth it?

hey, im 5'11" 155lbs and was wondering if the 178cm free rides would be worth buying. the whole pro patrol at mt baker just got the pow's so thats the only reason i looked into them. are they worth it? i know that they have some durability issues...

Built very similar to moment stuff.

ptex sidewalls, eco topsheets, sublimated bases, and no edges in tip

I picked up a pair this season, and you notice a huge difference on ice/hardpack with the magne-traction edges, so far i haven't had that big an issue with durability, and I've been teaching lessons w/ young'ns running over my tips and tails, and it hasn't hacked them apart at all really. With the sandwich construction you'll just need to avoid tapping them on the lift to get snow off :P it rapes the edge of the top-sheet, other than that their a good ski, pretty stiff with a lot of pop if that what your into.
