Ok so since you guys seem to a) like entering contests and b) be very creative, Newschoolers, Salomon and Smith had an idea...

Everyone says we should do more regional events... and what better place than my hometown of Ontario! The fine people at Smith and Salomon have ganged up with Newschoolers to do just that...

We all know that Smith and Salomon are pros at running events,

they find the location, hire the judges, the DJ, organize lunch and the sick prizing, promote like crazy etc. But the hardest part is coming up with a name.

This is where the creative, fun and quirky community of newschoolers.com comes in! Send us your best contest name and win a prize pack from Salomon and Smith!

Here's some super initial details... The contest will be head to head battle format. It will be an official NS member gathering, and it will be located in Ontario.

Post entries up in this thread... we want to get this done quickly, so you've only got 3 days to get your creative juices flowing. Remember, there's no such thing as a bad idea... so just go for it!

You'll have a HUGE turnout, although none of them will be skiers. Not the best marketing to grasp that target market but if you want a monster turn-out there you go.
