Hey guys, i successfully landed my first invert, not sure what it is. I was going for cork 5 but it definitely isnt a cork 5. Also want to help me embed this if it doesnt work, thanks a lot.

there ya go, id say thats a cork 5 but im probably completely wrong
 


looks underflippy, if you can find a jump to carve into and do the same thing you will get cork 5

 
Its alright man, the more the merrier haha, thanks for the embed guys. And yea there was no carving involved the lip was really soft and slushy haha
 
Cork 5. You set it like a cork. It just looks weird because when most people cork 5 they put a carve into it. I'd say if you carved into this it would look a lot more natural. But it is a cork 5, just a carve will make it look much better.
 
tip- Its going to be a lot easier for you to learn how corks feel if you start with a cork 7, the progression is kind of backwards, 7,5,3, the 9,10,12 etc. now that there was a sort of lincoln underflip, it was mostly an underflip though. keep trying and you'll figure it out eventually.
 
Stop at 0:09, you're fully inverted. Underflip. weird underflip

And you had to pass on the grass before hitting the jump?!
 
Woops, my bad. I guess I wasn't paying attention much while watching it. You go way inverted. It is an underflip, not a cork 5 because you go completely inverted.
 
underflip rodeo type thing. I would call it a cork. Like others said carve it a ton and ittl be cork. BTW looks like a fun session after that mtn closed. Good luck in future corks. :)
 
set it like a cork 7 but kept it at 5 as said above

i'm saying cork five. i didn't see the shoulder movement that is in every underflip, if you carved into that it'd be a straight up cork 5 man. congrats, that was sick!
 
It's not advice.He is saying that the guy in the video set like a cork 7, but just kept the spin to 5, not 7. Making it a cork 5.

I disagree though.
 
Yeah dude, flip tricks really confuse me. i get like rodeos and mistys but other than that its confusing
 
Not doubting it is your first, but it says on your profile that your favorite trick is screamin seaman flat 720 which is definitely inverted. Is that fav trick to watch or do?
