name list icons

sorry this may be a dumb question, but it has been bugging me for a while. What do all the little icons in the name list mean. I figured the dollar signs mean donators. but I am curois to know exactly what each symbol means.

the diff. colors show how much each donated, pink means that the name belongs to a girl, and an astrik (sp) means the profile has been filled out. there is an explination in more detail in the articles section i think.
