Agreed. If you're like "who's this asshole?" and you click on their name and see they used to be another asshole, you can stop worrying about them right away.

while I agree it's good so you can find scammers/assholes, that would be quite nice if it wasn't show right on you're profile. i seem to change my name pretty often and it amounts to a list

I was wondering who you were...clicked on your name and say your name change history...and I still have no idea who the fuck you are.

But it is a good idea when random people change their name on my friends list and I am curious as to who the hell they were.
