more along the lines that we exist, and that there is a scene being created in an area people didn't even know existed, sure w don't have the best parks are most vertical but we still exist, I mean we don't have a regional forum while Luxembourg and ohio do, I mean we do need recognition and we are trying to change that

Hell yeah. I'm LoganFT1 on AIM. Appskier, ATLSKI, and a couple other people are making a ski movie. I've got almost everyhitng needed for editing, filming, and stuff. We got to get some good footage. I'll be skiing at every NC resort this winter. Who's gonna be in NC this Thanksgiving? I should be at sugar(maybe app) the wednesday before thanksgiving, or someday near it. Why hasn't anyone mentioned DREW yet? He's pretty good. Hit me up on IM for all the ski movie stuff, or anyting else.

UrbanAssault - actually the mountains here are higher than any on the east coast, including Mt Washington. So i have concluded you have no idea what you are talking about. that is all.

I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

dude everyone who bashes skiing in nc is fuc*ing gay because people who ski in the west or have a home mtn like steamboat or snowbird or somewhere like that wouldnt ski in nc because theyre spoiled by 2 powdays a week and backcountry and huge parks and 4,000 feet of vertical. I think we are more hardcore for skiing 200' of vertical on bulletproof snow hittin jumps in our 100 foot long parks.maybe thats not true,but if u gave someone who is used to that everyday the chance to ski nc they wouyld laugh and say "i didnt know there was skiing in nc".

 
nc skiing is the freakin funest! i ski at app about 3-4x a week, basically because they have the best snow and the best park....now i know that its not eveb close to mammoth and all those places but it works for us...i bet have the nc skiers can throw it down better than most of you cocky west coast skiers.....end of story

I hate it when snowboarders think they are so cool because they can 50 50 a rail
