-not a big fan of the floating nav on the left, and if you wanna keep it i would suggest using the css position:fixed property
-if you stick with two navagation sections, make them identical or entirely different. "riders" and "athletes" go to the same place, some are only on one side or the other, overall confusing
-change default font to arial or something
-your protected area is not secure at all, i easily found your password and the location of the secure area. if you want it to actually be secure, you need to use a server side script like php
-wtf is af? it leads to your sponsor page, you might want to clairify that
-scale down the images on the sponsor page, they are huge files so take a while to load, same with the links page
-the stills page totally breaks the layout
-products is empty...
-the athletes section is kinda dull, i would suggest maybes some pictures or at least space the links out better
-as cool as it may be, "Welcome back! Your last drop in was on Wed, Jan 6, 2010 05:19:25 PM" doesnt help your visitor at all and looks amaturish, i would lose it
-"Tell a friend about Algid" is annoying as hell, most people dont actually use their default mail program for mail so they just get this annoying popup. also, nobody wants to use that. if anyone wants to tell their friend about your site, they'll use facebook or show them in person, and if they actually want to email them they can do it themself
-your ads overlap with the content on the home page if you resize the browser
-i know you want to make money but no one will ever use your google custom search. the ads are annoying too and you probably wont ever make significant money off them
-you should move all your javascript to the head of the page, pages load faster that way
-the design was lacking a little bit, i mean gray on a gray page on a gray background? make a cool design in photoshop and slice it up
