I've always wanted to ski utah, but I've always been too lazy to drive the 7-8 hours to SLC. Your post has inspired me to make an effort to go down there this year. Looks like a fun time, the deep snow is always the sweetest!

Yeah, that was like thanksgiving at Bridger....chest deep powder for 3 days straight! Unfortunately the weather is being a skanky bitch right now and I'm thinking we won't be seeing powder like that for a while now.

That'll be a good one to experience, Jackson is insane. When I was there last the snow was pretty sketchy, but that mountain is so sweet, it was still some of the best skiing I've ever had.

in my three trips to utah ive had the 3 extremes:

year one it snowed everyday with at least 8 inches per day

year two average temp was above 50 everyday

year three. started off with frozen slush so you culd only ski groomers, then it started to dump and we had 12 inches soon...so utah is where its fuckin at, i know hwere im moving in 5 years
