My threads?

How does my threads work. In mine, thread that I have made or posted in within the last few days are nowhere to be found but shit from months ago shows up at the top of the list. Sometimes people post ina thread and say "my threads" so they can view it later bt that would never work for me. Recent stuff or stuff I actually want to see agaiin never shows up. How does this feature work?

Threads disappear from My Threads when you've viewed the most recent post in the thread. In other words, threads only appear in My Threads when there are new posts to read.
