My theory about cats and dogs

okay so god and the devil agreed that they each get one housepet. god chose dogs and the devil got the cats. so naturally all cats are evil at birth and only a handfull of cats turn to be nice and good. and all dogs are good at birth and only a few of them turn to the devils side. so basically im trying to justify the fact that cats are fucking hairy balls.
