so i went there this day, felt pretty ok, although i needed a 110 % day to get everything done. i just trained for it 2 months, except for mtbiking, skiing and soccer, which are sports ive already done (although skiing/biking arent part of the test).

i needed to do: (1 is easy, 2 is hard, but possible, 3 is questionable and 4 is impossible for me after 2 months // PREDICTION BEFORE THE EXAM)

30 metres

sprint in 4.3 1-2

2900 metres

in 12 minutes 1

reach under my feet

10 cm (stiff knees) 1-2

rope climb

without feet 5 metres 1-2

stand long jump

2.5 metres 2

handball

(playing on a wall, long distance goal) 1

volleyball

(digging, setting, serving) 2-3

basketball

(13 points in 30 secs, slalom) 1-2

soccer

(passing, dribbling) 1

swim 200 metres

in 3:50 minutes 4

head dive

from 1 metres board 1

parallel bars

(3 part-exercise) 2

horizontal bar

(3 part-exercise) 2-3

vaulting horse

(jump over 1,3 metres high) 2

floor exercises

(handstand to roll, backwards roll to

handstand, handstand flip) 4

gymnastics

jumping around, "dancing" to rhythm 2-3

you have 2 tries on most parts and in the ballsports stuff there is a lower limit (1 times allowed). everything else needs to be done 100%.

so as you see, i predicted a quite good result. having good two days i could to pretty much everything except swimming (i never learned the technique and have no swimming club within an hour) and the handstand flip.

but i got there today at 9:45 in the morning, then this guy told us about 2 minutes what will happen. i got into my sports clothes and entered the first test. 4,39 secs in the 30 metres sprint (0,09 too slow) and that was it. OVER AND OUT after 10 minutes, damn.... normally i expected to do it in around 4,1 or something. just a bad day and bad feet, kinda unlucky.

so i just can attend the lectures, but cant finish any modules. i mean, i can do like 90% of the studies and if i pass the exam next year (with 6 times more preparation time no problem) nothing really happened... but it still sucks to be sent home after a few minutes...

thx to anyone that came that far,

see you
