My speakers are plotting to kill me

so i was sitting down in my hole (my basement) just now on ns when a damn lightbulb shot down and broke on my monitor. omfg i almost shat myself. the only thing i can figure out is that my speakers vibrated it lose, but this is purely speculative. i have 2 cerwin vega 4 footers + the z680s and I think they must be plotting against me...
