SO me and a friend are co-presidents of the school ski and snowboard club. really weve made it mostly about setting up urban jibs and jumps in the park. we decided to organize a trip to Quebec City (from Toronto) to ski at mt. st. anne. we realized the school would never approve so we set it up ourselves as a private trip and 'invited' club members to come. we did it last weekend and it was a huge party, just a really sick weekend. i found out today that the trip is a major topic of tomorrow's school council senate meeting and our club will at least be banned. worst case scenario some gr9 or 10 told their parents we bought them booze. thats a mandatory expulsion, but it wasnt really a school trip so im not sure they can do anything.

part of it is that we missed 2 days of school and i think some bitch tried to use the trip as an excuse for a test or somthing, that it was a legitimate reason to be away

if you don't really take a stand and fight then these people will walk all over you. you need to show them you aren't going to back down and always press the fact that technically they cannot do anything to you.

yea, i definitely wont let them slap me with a suspension or expulsion. still the club is finished because our staff advisor stepped down and i VERY much doubt anyone will help us out. without a staff advisor the club is banned. anyways this meeting is tomorrow ill let yall know how it goes

Damn, it's always the women that fuck it up. But good job dude, I admire your enterprise and chillness to organize something like that for your peeps.

Fight them dude. They cannot kick you out of school, if you get suspended you'll come back a peoples hero and a martyr. If you have the student body on your side things could be even better. Just don't let them stomp all over you.

A suspension is nothing, so your parents get mad and you miss a couple days of school. You might even have to contrive a bullshit apology or something equally inane.

Suspensions are nothing. If you get that punishment, accept it. Your parents will get over it and your friends will know you keep it real.

if it wasnt a skool trip they cant do shit. and if they try to fight it. complain weve had a few incidebts kinda similar to that at skool and weve fought the decision and although it wasnt reversed we got all the students and a lot of teachers on our side
