my sister gave me these skis out of nowhere.

i know that these are k2 seth's 189 from 2008 but i cant seem to find some good reviews on them.

i also know that they are allmountain skis but are the still any good in the powder? and if i am going to use them would they be good for hiking and offpiste? (those are future plans and i am still new when it comes to that).

any kind of information will help!

they're heavy and floppy, but if they were free go for it. you'll have a hard time selling those most likely anyway.

since i would have to buy bindings for them, would they hold up good in pow? and are they any good for hiking?

I had a pair of these in a smaller size a few years ago. If memory serves they went alright in the powder for me. I only used them in NZ if memory serves, but they never failed me too bad. I cant remember that well though sorry

I have the year before that as my park ski. They were really stable when I first got them but after 2 seasons of use they have become insanely broken in and buttery. They are great as a park ski though but for powder I never really liked them.
