My setup, thoughts and next thing to buy?

Ive got a typical beginner setup, t3i, 18-55kit lens, 55-250, 50mm, 8mm rokinon fisheye, videomic pro with a windscreen, and a glidecam xr2000. im not trying to spend too much money but im wondering if anyone has ideas for some stuff i should get next? im still kinda new to filming and cameras so im looking for some more experienced advice

i usually like to shoot slomo if its something for instagram or whatever, but if its an edit i try to use the 1080 @30 the camera can do, i might bump it down to 720@60 for a couple shots. and i use it for pictures too yea, car meets, travel, not so much skiing pictures though

A Fujinon XA55 Broadcast Lens would replace your 55-250 nicely.
