This year I did a complete overhaul of my hardgoods and here it is:

Skis:

2012 Salomon Rocker 2's 184cm

Bindings:

2012 Marker Dukes (With Wide brakes)

Skins:

Black Diamond

Helmet Cam: GoPro HD Hero 2 (Shoutout to GoPro :D )

Let me know guys!

how tall are you, how much do you weight, and what do you normally put your dins at? do you do much touring?

184 leads me to believe you are somewhat short, and therefor not too heavy.. this leads me to think that you probably don't have your dins up in the 11+ range... this leads me to think that you should have gone Barons instead of Dukes.

But, I'm basing that off of nothing other than your ski size, so yeah.

I weigh 155 lbs and am 6 feet tall. I know the 184cm may seem short but I quite enjoy shorter skis. I skiied a 171cm last year believe it or not and back then I was 5 10 and i didn't mind the length of the ski. For touring this year it will mainly be slackcountry with maybe 4 or 5 full days in the backcountry. Not 100% on the DINs but ill get back to you.

If you already got it, it's a little bit late to be asking people's opinion on your choice. Unless you're loaded, and will just buy new stuff if we don't approve.

your mom must be so cool. you best have the appropriate avy gear too or those dukes and skins should never see the light of day

im so confused...im 6'1 and i ride 177s. i really dont see how a 184 is too short for someone weighing 155 lbs. if anything its like just right

you want a longer ski for powder/big mountain than you do a park ski. I'm 6'1" 190lbs and I currently ski a 182 park ski (used to ski 178) and a 190 pow ski.

you don't know what you put your din's at eh? If you have them under 11 (which at your weight, I would probably suggest), the Duke is probably too much for you. If you haven't mounted them yet, I suggest you try and work out a deal with wherever you bought them to trade of a Baron.

I'm not even going to touch the fact that you probably don't have avi gear, nor touring friends, or knowledge of safe travel in avalanche terrain - that's a whole other can of worms.

I have never met anybody who's liked their pair of Marker bindings.

Other than that it looks good. Getting boots that fit well is the most important part of your gear however.
