As a matter of fact yeah. Biking on major streets here is a fuckin deathwish. Even buses cut it so close.
 
what the fucks with all the "sue the bitchass cab driver bitch" ever think that he has a life and family too, I highly doubt that he drives into bikers for fun, in whichcase hes probably feeling fucking bad about the accident as it is. if you sue him and take all his money, sure you'll have a few grand but what about the weight on your conscience knowing that you fucked him over and most likly his family too, who will now be living in povety. fuck that theres more to life than money.
