So i come to school today and find out someone found a list a freshman made of all the people (from the school) he wanted to kill and apparently it was on the news the night before(but who watches the news). Then during second period our school goes in lockdown and don't tell us whats going on at all - so for all i know there could be a crazy kid running around killing people(but i don't really care cuz im missing class) We then get out after a period school goes on normally and i slowly find out all the info.

The kid is in jail and the lockdown was because someone called in a bomb threat.

I live in the sticks so anything interesting is pretty rare except a few years ago bomb threats were a regular occurrence.

anyways, that's nothing, when i was in high school some punkass freshman actually brought a .32 to school. some kids told teachers, and since my high school is so great with dealing with situations, instead of calling the police, the vice principal goes to the kids class and asks to see him in the hall. what the hell kind of a move is that???? fucking retarded, the kid obviously knew that they knew, and could have started shooting people up right there. shit's fucked, my high school sucked ass.
 
i was kinda being sarcastic with the kid running around / i usually dont take notice of anything my school blows out of porportion- anyways all the doors and windows were locked
 
that sounds like my school. there are always bomb threats on the bathroom walls, occasionally someone calls one in. last year a boy 2 miles down the road form me in 2 grades under me committed suicide and with his note they found a list of 28 people that he wanted to kill because they made fun of him. every person on the list was brought in an questioned by police
 
man its so true though if there was a big fire in the school kids are thinking sweet if your in class you dont carw what puts it to a stop
 
there was a bomb threat the second to last day of school last year and they wanted to have an extra day in the summer, but too many people complained so we didnt have to go over the summer
 
Someone was stabbed to death in my school last year. It was pathetic how many people were just happy to be out of classes. So many dumb bitches went to the candlelight vigil for about two minutes and then headed straight for the tv cameras.
 
I think alot of school go through that stuff one way or another. My school for instance. One of my neighbors was in my high school (at the time I was in 4th or 5th grade) traded his stero system for a handgun and during gym class the next day he pulled it on some kid (how he hid it in his gym threads I have no idea). He was expelled of course. I'm pretty sure everyone has endured a bomb thread or two. Its so casual now for stuff like this to happen. 
 
my school was on lockdown because a store by us got robbed and supposidly the guys ran onto our campus

nice 40 minute waste of school :]
 
hahah that happened exactly like what happend last year at my school. shit got fucked up real quick for a while. like bomb and gun threats every day. people stopped going to school for a week or so
 
Yeah, i just posted what happened at my school in some other thread, but i'll tell my story again.

Some Anti-religion guys phoned in that they had a gun and were going to kill all the religious people in our school.

Lockdown for 2 hours, then we got to go home.

The guy got expelled from the district. Police choppers and news choppers were flying around, and we were just sitting in class like, what the fuck?, playing games on the teachers computer.

 
There is this weird kid who dresses like neo from the matrix at my school and I go up and try to be nice to him in hopes we won't have me on his hit list but things usually come out wrong. Everyone knows I am going to be the first to go when the shit hits the fan and we brings his arsenal of strange action figures and a gun to school. For a rundown of why I have a rational reason for believing this kid is crazy I will list his wierd actions.

1. The kid once said in debate class that Hitler was his hero. He claimed that he was the greatest public speaker of the twentieth century to defend his position.

2. He wears a fucking trench coat, nuff said

3. A week after the virginia tech shootings(and a few days after a kid brought a gun to our school) he rode my bus for whatever reason. At one point he looked back at me and made the shape of a gun with his hand(like little kids do when they play cops and robbers) and pretended to shoot me.

4. He just meets every other description that the standard columbine type freak meets.

5. He was watching that anime crap on the computers in there. That shit is so violent(or at least what he was watching)

6. He said he likes to play with weapons. For example swords dipped in gasoline and lit aflame. He came in with a wierd hair cut after he said his hair caught on fire.

So NS community if I stop posting for a really long time during the school year and here about a school shooting in North Carolina you can probably assume that I died.
 
at my school a couple years ago we had a lockdown cause some guy was hiding in his basement with a gun, lolz he was like fuckin 2 miles away
 
First day of school this year some crazy dude stabbed a freshman then stabed himself once police pepper sprayed him.

And at my old high school a few weeks ago there was a bomb threat the day after Halo 2 came out and most kids parents had them stay home. There were 12 other bomb threats across Connecticut, i thought that was really good and creative though.
 
update

so now there is another "scare" - some kid(s) are going around with markers and tagging people without the person knowing - so a rumor started to spread that all those people are gonna get "hit" during 4th lunch and there was and announcement saying that the school is heightening security due to this.

Everyone starts talking about this "hit" and start getting all paranoid. So my class is right across from the cafateria during 4th lunch and some girls would make periodic checks into the caff to see if everything is OK and to rub it in i would make some sarcastic comment to get them even more scared - it was hilarious. So nothing happens obviously.

Its so funny how a little rumor probably started by another sarcastic person like me got the whole school up in arms. My whole school is crawling with police and teachers with walkie-talkies now.
 
If it turned out to be just a bomb threat then why was your school in lockdown? The whole point of a lockdown is so nobody goes anywhere in the school and stays where they are inside the school. If there was a bomb in the school I don't think you would want to be stuck inside...
 
yeah that happend to our school years back and everyone was spazzing and they eventually traced the threat back to some guys computer.he was such an idiot he used his own computer to send it.
 
We have a kid who grumbles under his breath, "I hate them all, I'm going to kill them," and that's about all he ever says. Kinda scary.
 
ha its so true tho, if my schools in lockdown and im missing like pysics or somthing id be so stoked unless i actually heard gunshots
 
it happens at all schools dude, at least once a year at my highschool. at one point they made girls use the bathrooms only one person at a time and they had to sign in and out because some girl was writing threats on the bathroom walls.

kid brought a gun to school and made a hitlist with 7 kids names on it he wanted to shoot......

does this happen to be your town, cuz i live right next to the school
 
no i live in southern MA closer to providence RI

and as an update we are having an assembly tomorrow with some special speaker about the happenings this week
 
Now, you think that if you have a "HIT LIST" of people you want to kill, you would remember something like that? I mean, c'mon people, you must have been thinking about that for a long time. Should probably be able to commit it to memory.
