Before i even start, this is kind of a lengthy story but very interesting. if you have trouble reading long stories, ill include cliffnotes at the bottom.

for the rest of you:

I am currently facing a disorderly conduct ticket at my school.

It all started at the beginning of the year when my lunch table formed. 8 or 9 boistrous people make up this table, and it is defiently a fun time.

In my lunch hour, there is a teacher named Audrey Weber. She is a lower level Spanish teacher who feels it is her responsiblity to be the biggest bitch in the entire world when it comes to her mandatory lunch duty (for teachers). Basically she patrols the lunch room like some kind of nazi henchman, periodically sitting at tables to annoy innocent highschoolers eating their lunch.

There are many highschoolers (if not the majority) on NS. You all have lunch at your school. Public school lunch is loud. It is messy. We accept these things as fact in our society.

Of course, when you are done eating, it is customary (not mandatory) to take your trays to the trash and then put them on the little ledge where they get cleaned. I'm sure, highschooler reading this, that you have at one time either forgotten or just simply neglected to take your tray from you table. Instead, you let it sit on the table as the horde of people (you included) leave the lunch room.

That, simply, is all that happened.

A few lunch trays were left on a table in the far corner of the lunch room yesterday. Today, I was summoned to the office by the seemingly all knowing all powerful PA system.

Unsuspecting (i dont get in trouble much) i waltzed into the principals office and sat down. I was met by the firey rage of Audrey Weber, who was seated next to the principal.

Apparently, to Aurdey Weber, leaving your trays on the table after finishing your lunch is the worst thing you could possibly do.

The principal went on to tell me that I, along with the rest of the people at my table, am facing a disorderly conduct ticket along with a loitering ticket, totaling 198$ for not cleaning up our trays.

Let me repeat that.

Disorderly conduct and littering...for not cleaning up our trays. No warning, no nothing. simply a fatasl blow to any shred of sanity my school still posesses.

Wow, I lost the number of times we left trays on the table, and since we always sat in the same spot like everyday, all the regular lunch people knew it was us, but no one really cared

Thats fucking stupid. I'd tell you to get a lawyer and do something about it but you would spend like 5000 bucks to get rid of a 200 dollar ticket.
 
at my table its the same. we leave all our garbage on the table and bolt out of the lunch room just to piss off those control freak teachers.
 
wow that is fucking bullshit. i would of flipped out right there, anyways, they cannot possibly do that. especially if it was the first time, and a simple mistake. fuck them.
 
well leaving your trays is a dick move, but a 200 dollar ticket is retarded. probably trying to make an example out of you?
 
Yea this is prettymuch my excuse for not cleaning things up at school. i dont go around trying to make messes for the custodian mind you. but if i say, spill something accidently or whatever, i figure someone is getting paid to clean this up, why should i do this for free? The ecxeption, if i get caught by the jacked janitor who could prettymuch wreck my shit no problem, then i clean it up, also he's a cool guy so i have some respect for him.
 
...don't you have janitor's at your school that clean up your eating area after lunch...most people at my school just throw away there stuff but if they forget the janitors just clean it up
 
Heres some solutions:

1.Talk to your principle alone (no bitch teach), tell him/her that you shouldn't be given a ticket for that without any sort of warning, especially since you guys usually do it and it was just a forgetful mistake.

2.Tell your parents, get them to bitch out the teacher/principle. Teachers and principles hate bitchy parents.

3.Contest the ticket (if it in fact does go through), talk to a judge about it if you can.

4.Get revenge on that bitch of a teacher by egging her house, destroying her car, leaving garbage ALL over her property then get the city to give her a fine for the garbage.

 
I'm sure you can appeal it. If they won't let you, tell them that you will be going in front of the school board about it. If the school board fucks you, then you're screwed, but they'll probably just throw it out if you apologize.
 
i think #2 is the best option. tell your parents, i know my parents would go to that school and flip the fuck out on everyone there. there is no way in hell they can do that to you. i mean you forgot ONCE and they are trying to fine you $200. and when you do get that ticket thrown out, i would probably laugh in that teachers face. just laugh, don't say anything but just fucking laugh at her. also #4 is a very good revenge strategy. i would probably go with fucking up her car somehow. maybe pour bleach to spell BITCH in her grass or something like that as well..
 
i feel like said teachers e-mail address should be exposed to super newschoolers spamming. she really cant blame you cause if her email address is open to the public then she has no reason to sue you for harassment. you dont even hav to post her email address you could just give us a link to where her email address is shown.
 
there is a man at our school whos job is to take hats, cell phones, and to make kids clean up. he is getting payed for that.
 
i could see getting yelled at for not cleaning up, but what the fuck kind of school FINES their students fucking 200 dollars for it? If you can fight it and win through the school, i would take it up with your town's school board, because at least where im from, i dont think its legal to fine some kids 200 bux....you pay school taxes, and that should be enough.
 
Dos a fucking school have the right to fine you?? I dont think so they are not the police! If they demand the money take them to fucking court i would lol. Plus you could tell everyone at school i took the principle to court and won!
 
So what happens if you don't pay it?

Also, if you can't fix the situation on your own by talking with the principal then have your parents talk to him. If you have to, threaten legal action. The school will back down because no matter what it'll cost them more than 200 dollars. Don't be a dick though. Just calmly discuss what happened and show respect and you won't have any problems.

In a similar situation, I got a parking ticket because one of my tires was slightly on the line. It was ridiculous so I decided I'd pay it back in change. I took a bag full of random change (I think it was 15 bucks) and they refused to take it. So I refused to pay. A few hours later the vice principal pulled me out of class and talked to me and said if I didn't pay I wouldn't be able to park at school. I asked why they wouldn't take my perfectly good money. She was just a bitch about it. I just went into the office when a different lady was working and she took the change.
 
great idea. i would refuse to pay, threaten legal action and what not, but if all that fails, go to the bank and take out two hundred dollars in pennies, and give them that.
 
offer your services at lunch to pick up any leftover trays at the discounted price of $100 each. How could he refuse to hire you if it's really worth double that?

our school was threatening to take away our break if we dont clean up at lunch but those are empty threats cause it would screw up their schedule if they do/
 
thats fucking ridiculous...nbot about this subject well kind of but its pisses me off that the schools make so many fucking rules that no one gives a shit about like you cant call janitors janitors anymore because its a stereotype and when we were using dice in math they said we cant call them dice because its sounds like gambling you have to say like number cube..lol
 
that is completely rediculous of your school. You definitely shouldn't have gotten a fine. I have to say though, it is pretty bad form to leave garbage filled trays on the table, but thats not in the school's defence.My advice is just to not pay the fine, and there's a good chance it won't crop up again, at leats thats how it would probably work where I went to high school.

if you dont have anything to lose (foreign exchange program, leaving school to go skiing) then just fuck with her. find her tampon stash, cover them all in itching powder. or ipicack. make her pussy puke.
