My roommates girlfriend moved in......

She is a nice person and I have known her for two years just fine, but for some reason she has been getting mad at me and she acts like a complete asshole and she pays no rent.

It started when my roommate and his girlfriend came back from vacation. I threw a 4th of july party, which we always do. My house throws parties and everyone in the house is always cool with it.

I invited lots of my old friends from high school over and we had a get together and watch fireworks. The next day I am being bitched out by my roommates girlfriend about having people that she doesn't know over on the 4th of July. I wanted to have fun thats why I invited my friends over along with my other roommate.

I cleaned the house and apologized to her. I also got her a $80 plant because she likes to garden and I thought she would like one. I got it for free from my work and it was a very nice rare Peone. I gave it to her and she didn't even appreciate it.

I let her be and now she wants me to move out of my own house and she wants her friend to move in. She is trying to kick my out of my house and she is the one that is living there for free and decided to move in. Now my roommate never hangs out with me because of his girlfriend. He never gets out of his room and all he does is work and sit at home with his girlfriend.

She doesn't have a job and she has drunkenly broken $500+ of glass artwork. Not bongs(thats another story). I am talking expensive pieces blown glass art works.

She still is trying to tell me how to live and wants me to move out. I don't get it we used to be good friends.
 
If she doesn't pay rent tell her to fuck off and that its not her place to tell you how to live in you own house and if shed like a say she can chip in a third of the rent (or however much idk how many people live there). You could also try talking to your roommate and if she is still actin up just kick her/ him out. How is your relationship with your roommate when you do get to see him?
 
Tell her to fuck off. If she isn't paying rent make it damn clear that she need to start paying rent, stop being a cunt, or get the fuck out.

You are paying rent. It is you and your roomates spot. You have a say in what goes down. Lay down the law or it's going to keep getting worse. Don't try to be a douche to your friend but don't let some cunt stomp all over you in your own house because you're scared he'll get mad. It's your house and he should fucking tell her off. If shit goes down and you loose him as a friend over this he was a shitty friend to begin with.

Good luck. Listen to rage against the machine and drink beers for an hour or two before she get's home one day. When she walks in you'll be ready to put her in her place.

my bf lived with two roommates in a house. One of the roommates owned the how and the other two rented from him. I was living with my parents all the time, so I would visit the house that they lived in all the time. I would stay over pretty often toward the end before my bf and I got our own place, but I was always super respectful. I would cook for the three of them, always bring beer, and stay out of the way in general. I would clean up after myself and then from time to time just randomly clean the bathroom or the kitchen because I knew I was over there a lot and not paying rent. I would never have thought it was my place to lecture one of the roommates or act like I had any say in anything. I was just thankful they weren't annoyed with me over all the time. I would do exactly what it was they wanted to do (even if it was playing halo for 16 hours straight) and would never complain about anything. She has no right.

You don't have to do the kicking out, just tell your landlord. If she's not on the lease as occupant the landlord will not allow her to stay.
 
talk to your room mate that pays rent. You can avoid a disaster. I would suggest seeing if he will talk to her in a very calm and respectful manner about the issue at hand. More than likely if he isn't completely whipped she will calm herself. I've been in this situation before one of my good friends was the room mate with the GF. We ended up kicking the girl out because she didn't pay rent and tried to control the house.

This. If you like/liked your roommate talk with him first but make things clear. Don't get angry, just let him know how it is and how you're uncomfortable with the situation. Explain you thought about getting the landlord involved but wanted to talk to him first.

Its bullshit, I have bitched her out and she just tries to turn my good friend who is roommate against me. He has fallen for her head over heals somehow after breaking up with her 4 fucking times. And right after she fucks like 5 dudes comes back and she completely controls him. Its fucked. She can be a nice person and I respect her but sometimes she does the stupidest bitchiest shit. She tries to kick my friends out of the house when they are over because she wants the house to be supper exclusive or some shit. Its whacko.

My roommate buys her $200 of weed a month plus 300+ for food and shit. She basically uses him to free stuff. Its like the fucking homeless I had to kick out. I moved to get away from that bullshit. At least she cleans up the house.

Basically the other roommate and I totally ignore her and keep having people over. All my roommate and her do is sit inside and not do shit, it sucks. Its like my friend has been taken away.

Stand up to here or shell walk all over you. If she tries to kick YOUR friends out from the house say "Shut to fuck up CUNT!(make sure to emphasize that) This is MY(again emphasize is) house!" Tell her "these are my friends and they're staying, if you have a problem gtfo". If she get's offended "Push her out the door and tell her to go and cry about it on facebook or something"

Yeah man, Ill stick it to her. My other roommate is fucking pissed at her but he doesn't know her well enough and doesn't want to make the other roommate mad. We will just get together and form a coalition of forces and keep her in place.

Im going to keep yelling at her, "Who pays rent bitch?" and wave my paycheck around. I did that last time and she got supper pissed when I did that.

The thing that really pisses me the fuck off is how she breaks shit and never pays for it or even tries to replace it. She just lets people freak and all she says is sorry and buys a bottle of tequila for her self.

What ever she can be pissy and I will always be having a good time.

Yeah man I'm in a similar situation, girl moved in that my roommate has only been dating for two months, while I was out of town. She has no job doesn't pay rent, and then acts like she owns the fuckin house. Shits infuriating, my other roommate fuckin hates her too though, so we told my roommate either she's out within the month or else we are both going to bounce and you can pay rent by yourself, we're on a month to month lease so at least there is that. But fuck man I feel you.
 
I feel for you op. My buddy's girlfriend was going to move in, so she signed the lease then two weeks later he dumped her. Now we're all going to be living together for the next 10 months. Woo.

Thankfully though this girl is more chill than the girl you described.
