My roomate doesnt ski

just found out that my MSU roomate doesnt ski and i applied to be with a friend that does ski. wtf!
 
that does suck. alot of times its better not to room with a friend or someone who has identical interests
 
You'll realize it is not as bad as you think. Plus, if you need some time away, you know that you'll never see him on the hill.
 
when i went in to the dorm thing without requesting a roommate i never had one that was a snowboarder or skier and i think it was actually better that way.
 
maybe it will be better, because you wont have to be around your roomate all of the time and skiing can be your thing? just my 10 cents
 
It doesn't matter. You're gonna get sick of your dorm roommate anyways. I dont care how cool he is, theres gonna be some shit that he does that you find hella annoying. You'll find plenty of folks who ski out there im sure. Just meet people quick and make sure the ladies know who you are right away as well. chyeea.
 
you're probably not going to be buddy buddy with your first dorm mate, its possible but unlikely, most schools suck at matching kids with "similar interests" up but its not about that you'll meet tons of people with common interests and get to chose your roommate for next year. personally i've never had a roommate who skied.
 
i have found better luck with people that have nothing to do with me as a roommate.... makes life interesting.

Dude all snowboarders are obviously gapers, where have you been? Check out Shaun White, that guy is gaperiffic, and he's like, their king or something, I don't know.
