You're implied right to privacy and your EXPLICIT right against self-incrimination have been violated. Even if you are the biggest drug user/dealer in the world, they can't make you give up your fluids to prove it.

If they wanted to look at your dick, they should pay like everyone else.

this is the problem with marijuajuana being illegal. the only reason people get in trouble over it is cuz it is illegal. case point: adrian, you said that you are doing really well in your school, and u can achieve that while smoking. theres no reason for you to get in trouble for smoking, other than the fact that its illegal. its so stupid!
 
i have been at parties and people smoke that shit and it messes wioth you. i would stick with the once a week illegally idea than 7 days a wekke legally

Making someone get naked infront of you, under threats that he be kicked out of school, is blackmailing someone into sexual acts, forcing a male to show his genitals is a form of sexual assault.
 
I would straight up never go to a school like that in the begenning. Even if I got to ski all of the time. That shit is bound to happen, but it is still b.s that they can do things like that for such a minor thing like cannabis.

and trust me the same shit happened to me in the begenning of the year at a public school. I either had to admit to smoking pot or they said they would just drug test me. I obviously admitted to smoking, but now I wonder if they really could have tested me.
 
public schools arent too bad for drug testing though.. at my school all they do is send these drug sniffing dogs twice every year.. if they smell drugs then theyll ask you to talk to them .. but why ppl would bring that crap to school is beyond me .. leave it at home.. much more enjoyable that way

not necessarily true. If you are given any privileges by a school, ie sports teams, pretty much any extra curricular activities they can drug test you. If you only go to school to learn, and then come home and don't do any activities provided by the school, then it is illegal. My school is most likely installing a random drug testing thing next year, which really wouldn't matter to me much since I don't smoke, but prob about 60% of the school does. Should be interesting. My prediction is that so many parents complain they don't do much.

and also: to all those kids telling him hes a cry baby, the kid never said anything about hating going to school there? i go to a boarding school too and i feel blessed everyday for the opportunity to be able to ski.. but when the school can watch you pee only from assumption? who the fuck wouldnt be upset?

they are drug testing me for no fucking reason at all except on stereotypes and assumptions.

Easy lawsuit, you could make tens of thousands off them for that. Saying inappropriate things to a student is grounds for a sexual assault suit. Forcing them to get naked? The least that'll happen is you'll get the people who fucked with you fired.

Bullshit. You are in a private school. If you had read the contract, it said that once you sign this, you are subject to any and all drug tests the school is administering. And it is protocol if you are under reasonable suspicion (showing up late, super red eyes, long hair, etc) the ones administering the test can and will watch you to make sure you are not using any way of cheating the drug test. Before you bitch, read the contract. there is no lawsuit here, just a kid who didn't know what he signed. thank you.
 
Sucks man... my boys always get away with drug tests by diping like 3 fingers in bleech before the test and swirling them in the cup, i guess it dilutes it. Neways, it works. And one of the kid's drug tests was madatory for his possesion charge, and he passed it.
 
THats part of the protocol i was talking about you fool. They always do that under reasonable suspicion to make sure they don't use a whizzinator or any THC break down agent or fake piss to pass the test.

no, they can search your clothes, they legally cannot make you be naked if you are a minor, nor are they police officers
