The clouds are all original how ever the colors in them are slightly tweaked, as well as the overall lighting over the city to give it a sorta "Hell has come over us" feeling

I gotta find it again, I saved over it by accident when I made the pic. But overall the lighting on the city and a few colors in the clouds. Basically its nothing too much. Some colors....thats it. Its fuckin odd looking naturally
