My painted skis (pics)

looks really well done but i would have rather seen an all white top sheet.

oh and to top that shit off, an elephant ran over my dad that was awkward-bhill
 
i think it's cool that you painted your ski's but that is kinda a stupid paint job i would go for more color

aww i need a cool signature so i can be cool so ever one will like me if i had a cool signature then if i like saw some chicks from ns they would be like hey theres the kidd with the cool signature let give him a blow job and it would be like the hotest chick on ns hey this is kinda starting to look like a signature dang well i geuss i have a cool signature makeing this signature usless becacase u have a cool signature but if i delete in then i wont so i would need it think about that one almost filled now

as one said before, good work, but i like the original better. and the spades idea's just sick. the spades in the negative colour of the underground, divided in two parts. black on white ground and the other way...

welchmounatin look at some other artist's stuff like Mad Steeze. I even look at old abstract art. Then I've gotten ideas by cutting up paper just throwing it down on a bigger one and spray painting some sweet colors on it then take the pieces off. Also listen to music and draw the first thing you see in a a tweaked out form like a mutant squirell or something. I dunno alot of times I wont use the out comes from these but it helps me think of stuff I've wanted to do.

k i just cut out some spades for the white and i think i'll do some spade-ended k2 letters by the bindings too. i decided to make them simple because I was tired of seeing all the jibberish gangsta crap on them (and possibly because I have no artistic talent).

i just painted my pe's all white. They look better than that skunk thing you have goin on...polus when they get scratched and stuff they the haggardness just makes them look cooler....

those look like shit. such a basic design. should have light sanded primer basepaint and many coats of clear.

......because skiing needs a new hair cut

i painted a pair of skis one time. i used black and yellow. one ski was black with the dna logo but all the way don the ski, and the other was yellow with black logo all the way down. i used real thin masking tape like they use on caras for flames and shit. it worked real well. fyi

To everyone talking about clear coat and base, primer, etc...

It probably is a bad idea. The point is to lay down as little as possible on the skis so that it doesn't crack when it flexes. Trust me, I have painted 4 pairs that have all lasted, one for a season and a half of skiing.
